• $1= 100 
• i accept mixed [ points + USD ] payments. 
• Please reply to the respective BID HERE comment(s).
• an invoice will be sent to the winner to pay, any payments sent before my approval will be considered a donation. 
• winner will have 24 hours to send payment, otherwise the adopt will go to the second highest bidder. 
• winner will receive full size un-watermarked and transparent files. 
• after purchasing you'll receive full rights of the characters, you cannot claim the design and the art as yours! 
• please make sure to credit me for design and art with a visible link. 
• all my adopts are for personal use only. 
• holds are 3 days max, no holds for auction unless for AB. 
• you're free to edit and devlope the character however you wish. 
• you're only allowed to re-sell it for same price or less! You may gift/trade the adopt as long as you notify me about it first.
• definitely no refunds. 
• DO NOT SELL RAFFELED ADOPTS!! you may only gift,  no trades
